Tailor Risk Analysis Views to the Way You Work
Make Risk Analysis results easier to read, review, and share with views tailored to your needs. Rename statistics using terminology that matches your organization, and configure which chart lines are displayed, including their colors, styles, and weights. You can also customize colors for histogram bars and contingency results. Save and reuse these settings to focus on the most relevant information and present consistent views for different risk analysis needs.
Schedule Management
New Options to Filter Code Values
You can now filter code values using multiple selections in a single clause, making large filters easier to manage and read. Use "is one of" to include a set of code values or "is not one of" to exclude them. This feature reduces long chains of conditions and helps maintain clear, efficient filters across Activities and supported pages.
View Baseline Date Variances in Charts
Charts now support baseline start and finish variance fields in filters, data fields, and labels -- enabling you to visualize schedule deviations from supported baselines and analyze potential slippage more directly.
Portfolios
Display Capital, Expense Cost Totals in Scorecards
Portfolio Scorecard project grids now show capital and expense totals for planned budget, forecast, and actual cash flow curves. Read-only multicurrency columns follow existing financial access rules and can be added through the column picker and saved in preferred views.
Workspaces
Delete Shared Views Owned by Inactive Users
Application administrators can now delete shared views owned by inactive users. This helps maintain available shared views and remove obsolete views when the original owner is no longer active.

Manage User Imports and Error Reports in Excel
It is now easier to add and manage users in bulk with Excel. When importing users, administrators can work with existing users, choose the appropriate user type, and set up federated or non-federated user accounts. After an import, administrators can download an error report from the Sync Imports dialog to see which records need attention, correct them in the spreadsheet, and import them again.
View Manager Names in Portfolio Scorecards and Details
Portfolio pages now display manager names instead of email addresses. Manager information remains consistent across grid operations, saved views, and exports, making portfolio and project information easier to read.
Schedule Portfolio Refresh Jobs Based on Licensing
Portfolio evaluation and refresh jobs now run only when the related Portfolio license is available. If the license is removed, scheduled jobs pause automatically, so the system does not continue processing portfolio data for an unlicensed service. When the license is restored, the jobs resume automatically without requiring administrators to recreate their schedules. This helps keep background processing aligned with available licensing while preserving existing portfolio refresh schedules.
Improve Program Resource Assignment View Performance
Program Resource Assignment views now provide access to larger assignment datasets, including grouped views. Teams can review program-level assignment information with more predictable loading and interaction.
Manage Workspace Risk Library Statuses and Response Actions
Workspace Risk Library workflows now provide clearer status handling for risks and response actions, enabling you to review and maintain shared workspace risks with more consistent status information.
Filter Global Changes by Baseline Fields
Global Change filters now support baseline variance and non-variance fields across original, current, and supplementary baselines. Use baseline dates, durations, costs, units, percentages, and related fields to define more precise Global Change conditions.
