Configured Fields

Configured Fields Driven By Other Configured Fields
You can now create relationships between sets of configured field lists. This helps ensure the right fields are selected based on a preset of available values. For example, you may have configured fields for city, state, and country. If the country value is Canada, the state field will display the 10 providences in Canada. Likewise if the country value is USA, the state field will display 50 options to choose from.
This feature is currently only available for project configured fields with data type Lists. In Summary and Settings, when the configured fields are created, click the Field Relationships tab to configure how the values are associated to each other.

Mobile

Check Operating System for Mobile App
The minimum supported operating systems for mobile devices using the Oracle Primavera Cloud app is:
iOS version 17 or higher
Android version 13 or higher
Plan to update your device. The app will no longer work if your mobile device does not meet the minimum operating system.

Tasks

Add Crew Size to Task Cards
The crew size -- number of people planned to work on the task - - can be added to the task card. In Settings on the Task Cards tab, click the option Show Crew Size. When the task card is displayed it will show an icon with the number of crew size.
This feature is also available in the mobile application.



Global Admin

View Permission Set Details Before Assigning
When assigning a permission set to a user or group, you can now view the options selected in the permission set when creating a project, managing access on the users page, assigning permissions in the context of projects, programs, portfolios, ideas, custom logs, files, and reports This allows you to view and confirm you are assigning the proper security.



Additional Enhancements

Current Date Always Visible When Viewing the Work Plan Report in Mobile App
When viewing the Work Plan report, the current date will always be visible in the header of the report view. This helps when navigating to different date ranges.

Mobile login and session improvements
The following mobile improvements have been added:
When logging in, you will no longer be prompted to enter your username twice.
The session time has been increased which will reduce the amount of times you have to re-authenticate when using the application.

Risk Analysis Fields Available for Project and Activities Dashboard Charts
Risk Analysis output fields have been added to the Project and Activities subject areas in Dashboard Charts.

Trigen Available as a Shape for Risk
Trigen Distribution shape has been added for Risk Input fields.

Indirect Schedule Impact Now Included with Mean Impact Calculations
Indirect Schedule Impact is now included with Mean Impact calculations to view and understand how schedule risks are impacting project delays.
