Update Activity Details by Dragging and Dropping into Grouping Bands
On the Activities page in Schedule, drag and drop activities into grouping bands to update their properties and details. For example, with activities grouped by an activity code, move an activity to a new grouping band to update its assigned code value. This feature is also available on the WBS page to rearrange the WBS hierarchy.

Control Relationship Data when Merging Schedules
On the Schedule Comparison page in Schedule, you can now apply settings to control the way activity relationships are handled during the merge process. On the Settings tab, use checkboxes to control whether existing relationships are updated, and missing relationships are deleted.

Risk

Assign Activities to Risks with the Enhanced Assign Impacted Activities Panel
Click Assign on the Impacted Activities detail window of the Risk Register page to launch the new Assign Impacted Activities panel. View activity details, such as Status, to identify the correct activities to assign to the risk. Leave the panel open and select another risk to continue assigning activities to risks.

Assign the Project Manager to Risk Proposal Workflows
Project Manager has been added to the list of available performers when configuring a risk proposal workflow. Assign this value to allow the individual assigned as the Manager in the project details to perform workflow actions, such as approving or rejecting a proposed risk.

Add Risk Analysis Target Results to Various Pages and Reports
Run a risk analysis, and then set Target Finish Date and At Completion Cost values. Target data is generated, including the probability of hitting the target, and the contingency, or difference between the deterministic and target values. This data is now available to display on the Projects List page, use in configured fields, or add to reports, and charts and dashboards to evaluate the likelihood of finishing on time and under budget.

P6 XML/XER

Select Project Data to Exclude from P6 Import
The Import from P6 wizard now allows you to exclude project data from the import. On the Configuration step, clear the checkboxes for WBS, Risks, Calendars, and Activity Codes if you do not want those elements to be imported with the project.

Use Keyboard Shortcuts to Select a Country When Assigning a Location
Type in the Country drop-down to perform a search when assigning a location. Press the Enter key to select a value. These accessibility enhancements have been added to the following pages: Project List, Locations Dictionary, Risk Register, Resource List, Files, and Project Details.
